Attended a few physio sessions before and continued with S&C sessions for a few months mainly to correct wrong muscle usage and ease lower back pain, knee pain, ankle instability and weak upper body. Sessions were highly effective in strengthening and reducing pain in most areas. Connie is extremely knowledgeable in movement, injuries and provided well tailored exercises for each area. Much emphasis was given to executing each exercise in correct alignment. Proper warm up and down including stretching of parts often neglected was covered each time.
